Orientation for New UCCS Employees
UCCS offers New Employee Orientation sessions once per month throughout the year.
The goal of New Employee Orientation is to help new employees feel welcome and introduce new employees to the culture of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
During orientation, we will review essential policies and other important information relevant to new employees, including a briefing on employee benefits.

Required Training for New Employees
Please note that all UCCS staff and faculty must complete an annual conflict of interest disclosure.

Conflict of Interest Form
New employees must still complete the disclosure within 60 days of hire and current employees will complete the disclosure within 30 days of any change impacting actual or perceived conflicts of interest or commitments, including any job changes or additional roles at the university.
