About Human Resources at UCCS

The UCCS Office of Human Resources (HR) is comprised of three teams:
- Employee Relations & Experience
- Payroll & Human Resources Operations
- Talent Acquisition & Compensation
The campus Human Resource team is supported by many college and department Human Resource Liaisons and CU’s Employee Services. The CU system’s Employee Services teams provide collaborative HR services that support employee benefits, online professional development, retirement, and central payroll processing.
