Voluntary Retirement Program

UCCS's 2024 Campus wide Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program

Voluntary Retirement Program

In spring 2024, UCCS is launching a one-time-only campus wide voluntary retirement incentive program that will allow eligible faculty and staff to make career or life changes that are right for them, while giving the university greater financial flexibility. Applications for this program will open on March 22, 2024 to all employees who qualify—including tenured, and tenure track faculty, IRC, university staff, and classified staff. Priority consideration will be given to those who apply by April 19, 2024, and the application period will close on May 20, 2024. If you are thinking of retirement, we encourage you to act quickly, as funds are limited, and this unique program is not expected to take place again in the years to come.
