Attestation for Search Committee Members

Once all trainings have been completed (or have been completed within the required timeframe), search committee members are required to fill out an attestation form. The search chair will ensure that all attestation forms are completed before the priority date. Search committee members will not gain access to review applicants until the attestation form has been completed.
Training Resources
CU Search Training: SkillSoft
System-wide training is required for all search committee members to serve on a search. CU Search Training should be completed every two years.
HR Search Charge Training
The HR Search Charge will go over the top priority items to follow and think about as serving as a search committee member. This information should be reviewed every six months.
Implicit Bias Training
This diversity-focused training created by the HR office will go over different biases and how to identify and reduce these biases during the search process to provide a fair and equitable opportunity for all. This video should be reviewed every six months.
