CU health (medical, dental, vision), financial, and retirement benefits are administered by Employee Services, the CU System office in Denver that serves all four campuses. Life and disability insurance benefits are available depending on employee classification and are also administered by Employee Services.

UCCS Tuition Assistance Benefit

The tuition benefit application is located in the MyUCCS Portal. Click on the CU Resources drop down in the top, center of the page and then select Forms and click the Career Advancement tile.

PPCC Tuition Waiver Program
Tuition at Pikes Peak Community College can be waived for up to six undergraduate credit hours per academic year for permanent, 100% time employees of UCCS and up to three credits for those employed between 50% to 99% of a full appointment. The academic year begins with the summer term.
- The employee must be admitted to PPCC.
- The Tuition Benefit Form must be completed and certified by the Office Human Resources, UOP 1831.
- The employee must wait until the first day of class to register.
- The form must be submitted by the employee with the required HR signature to PPCC's Enrollment Services Department prior to the class start date.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Employee Services, the CU System office that serves all four campuses, will assist you in completing Public Service Loan Forgiveness form.
Technology
UCCS IT Help Desk
The UCCS IT Helpdesk offers services to faculty and staff for personal as well as university owned devices. Services can be requested online, over the phone or in person in El Pomar Center 108.

Microsoft Office 365
The Office of Information Technology at UCCS offers a Office 365 subscription service for popular Microsoft Office programs free for all active UCCS employees.
Features include:
- Full Microsoft Office Applications that are available for up to 5 personal devices including PC's, Macs and Mobile
- Online versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint for editing and collaboration on the go
- OneDrive for Business which provides collaboration capability and 1Tb of storage

CU Health Plan and Be Colorado have teamed up to provide employees with a full spectrum of programs such as Flu Shots, Be Colorado Move, Fitness Center Discounts, and Weight Watchers discounts.
