The Federal Clery Act
The Federal Clery Act (The Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act of 1990) requires all institutions of higher learning to make available to prospective employees our University’s Annual Security Report and Fire Safety Report. To access this report please visit the Annual Security and First Safety Report link.
This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning crimes that occurred on campus or on property controlled or owned by the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, as well as public property within, or immediately adjacent to, and accessible from, our campuses.
If you cannot access the report on the internet, please call (719) 255-3111 or report in person at the UCCS Police Department located on the UCCS campus.
