HireVue Resources for HR Liaisons

During the search process, it might be beneficial for a search committee to use the HireVue Video interviews for a multitude of reasons. The biggest reason, however, is to shorten the search process. The HR Liaison will be the main contact for search committees in setting up and sending out the interview in HireVue. As always, the Talent Acquisition team is here for any questions or concerns that come up during the process. The training for HR Liaisons details all the information needed for set-up and sending out of the HireVue Video interviews.

HireVue Training

It might be helpful to have search committee members receive a mock interview to evaluate and review. This will get them ready to use the system, allow them to answer any questions they might have, and be prepared as soon as interviews are set up.

To send out a mock interview, you will need to be a part of the UCCS Search Practice team in HireVue to not have the mock interviews affect our search metrics. This team will also allow access for new HR Liaisons to go into the system and practice setting up an interview.

Please reach out to a member of the Talent Acquisition team to verify that you are a member of this team. Once you have access, please follow the steps in the below guide.
