  • As you are preparing to leave UCCS, you must send a letter of resignation to your acting supervisor to announce your official leave from the university. Please make sure you include the effective date of your departure.

  • Before leaving the university, please return all university owned items to your department. E.g. keys, access cards, bank cards, library materials, laptops, cell phones, and petty cash.

  • Is your address up to date?

Before your last day, please login into your myUCCS portal and check that your mailing address is up to date. This ensures you will receive your W-2 and benefits notice in a timely manner.

  • Employees who separate from the university are sent an exit survey in the month following their departure. If you did not receive an exit survey and would like to provide feedback, please email Human Resources by clicking on the button below.
